The 2011 Service & Courtesy Award is entering the final stage! This
year, there are a total of 787 participants coming from 135 brands.
In this highly competitive industry award, the participants were
shortlisted through the Mystery Shoppers Assessment in July and
August, and then the Preliminary Interview held on 20 September.
Their final challenge will be the Final Interview to be held soon on
20 October.
Participants were ready for the
