This column is to inform members and readers about the various
legislative and industry issues that the Association has reflected its
views to the Government or relevant entities.
本欄目是為會員及讀者報導本協會就最近與零售
業息息相關的議題，向政府或有關團體所發表過
的意見。
Association’s Views
Please find below a list of issues which the Association has contributed
position papers and comments in the last quarter. Details can be found in

Submission to LegCo and Airport Authority in support to the construction
of Third Runway proposed in the Hong Kong International Airport Master
Plan 2030.
Submission to the Environmental Protection Department in support to the
Extension of the Environmental Levy Scheme on Plastic Shopping Bags.
Submission to the Bills Committee of LegCo on the Guidelines of the
Competition Bill released by the Government.
Letter to the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and Office
of the HKSAR Government of the PRC in Beijing on the newly amended
Social Insurance Law in China to seek exemption of Hong Kong residents
working in China, and their employers.
Submission to the Government to reflect trade’s views on Chief Executive’s
2011-12 Policy Address & 2012-13 Budget Consultation.

就政府提出的《競爭條例草案》實務指引，向立
法會草案委員會提交意見書。
就新修改的《中華人民共和國社會保險法》，去
信商務及經濟發展局及香港特別行政區政府駐
北京辦事處，要求為香港居民及僱主申請豁免。
