委會選舉。
周年大會完結,隨即舉行午餐交流研討會,本協
會很高興看見今年的活動繼續獲得超過

位來自
會員公司的領袖和高級行政人員參與,大家聚首
一堂,交流業界資訊。
今年本協會很榮幸邀請了香港僱主聯合會主席彭
耀佳先生
, SBS, JP
擔任周年大會午餐交流研討會的
主講嘉賓。彭先生向與會者分享僱主在
21
世紀普
遍面對的僱傭事務,以及如何克服各項管理上的
挑戰。
在現今多變的營商環境和政策影響下,勞資關係
容易變得緊張,僱主面對莫大壓力,彭先生亦借
此機會與大家討論及交流促進和諧勞資關係的心
得,他獨特的見解令在場來賓獲得很大啟發。
The 28

Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held on 7 October
2011 at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. The current term of office for the
HKRMA Executive Committee is two years, i.e. 2010-2012, and there was no
election of the Executive Committee this year.
A get-together luncheon was held immediately after the AGM and the
Association is glad to see a continuously encouraging attendance of over
180 leaders and senior executives of our member companies in this year.
They took the opportunity to network with each others and share the latest
industry developments.
The Association was honoured to have invited Mr. Y K Pang, SBS, JP,
Chairman of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, as our distinguished
Guest Speaker of the AGM luncheon. Mr. Pang shared with the audience
his insights on different employment issues as well as keys for employers to
embrace change for success in the 21
st
century.
Today’s employers in Hong Kong are now facing heightened pressure
arising from rapid transformation of the political and business landscapes,
and in particular, a growing number of Government legislations relating to
employment. Against this backdrop, Mr. Pang also shared valuable views on
the ways to attain a harmonious employer-employee relation. His speech
truly enlightened the audience and fostered view exchanges.
