「零售工作坊」
協會安排了一連串「零售工作坊」,涵蓋不同營運範
疇,讓中小企同業獲得更多有關營運管理的實用知識及
技巧,以提高市場競爭力。參加者對工作坊評價甚高,
認為導師經驗豐富,為他們提供不少實用的知識。
A series of Retail Workshops were organized to enable SME retailers
to obtain knowledge and sk i l ls relevant to retai l operat ion and
management, in an effort to increase market competitiveness. These
workshops were highly regarded by participants since they were able to
learn from experienced instructors.
At th i s wor k shop, not on l y we r e par t i c ipant s
introduced to the DISC Personality System, but they
also learned how personality affects communication,
as well as some suitable ways to manage different
types of customers and employees. Basic corporate
coaching skills such as questioning skills and listening
skills were also taught at the workshop.
工作坊當日,導師以「
DISC
」理論分析個人性格對溝通
的影響,並闡釋如何針對不同性格的顧客及職員進行銷
售和管理。此外,導師亦教授發問和聆聽技巧,讓參加
者明白擔當教練的基本要訣。
At this workshop, the instructor who possesses an
expertise in labour law gave a presentation to SME
retailers on the Employee Compensation Ordinance.
This was followed by a Q&A session where participants
were given a more thorough understanding of various
employee compensations with practical information and
interesting case studies.
協會邀請了對勞工法律有豐富認識的導師,向中小企零
售商闡釋《僱員補償條例》的內容。廖小姐更詳盡解
答出席者提出的問題,並透過不同的實用資料及個案練
習,加深他們對僱員補償方面的認識。
The workshop looked into the challenges of managing
the post-60's and post-80's employees. A number
of real-life examples were cited to demonstrate and
explain the psychology of today’s young people in
particular, followed by an in-depth discussion of ways
to inspire and motivate young employees.

The i ns t r uc tor d i s cus s ed the Mi n imum Wage
Ordinance which has been in effect since May 1 this
year. In addition to full details of the law, a number
of case studies were presented to enable participants
to better understand this new legislation.
