Further submission was made on Public Consultation on draft Enforcement Guidel ines of Trade Descr ipt ions (Unfair Trade Practices) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012.

Letter to reflect the trade's views on Government 's measures to combat cross-boundary parallel trading to ensure stable supply of infant milk formula.

Letters to the Government and Legislative Councillors to reflect the trade's concerns on the Import and Export (General) (Amendment) Regulation 2013.
