Customer Oriented Barrier Free Service
Fairwood believes people and customers
always come first. Apart from enhancing
food quality and dining experiences, the
company cares about individual needs of
its customers.
Fairwood is the first fast food chain store
in Hong Kong to introduce "Barrier Free
Customer Service". With a commitment
to provide a more enjoyable dining
environment for customers, including the
disabled and elderly, the company progressively introduces practical "Barrier Free"
facilities at its stores and offers attentive service for the needy. Such personalized
service encourages the disabled and elderly to dine out more frequently, and enjoy
their mealtime and social life with families and friends.
Fairwood organizes various training and experiential activities to help staff truly
understand the needs and concerns of the customers. The company also actively
organizes different community events to foster contact and communication among
the disabled, elderly and their neighbours, aiming to build a spirit of mutual
respect, care and assistance among people, and ultimately bring greater pleasure
and fulfillment for customers' live.

德先生及執行總監余麗姚女士很高興頒發獎座及證書予
這些得獎機構。
The 2011 Awards Presentation Ceremony was held on 30 June 2011
at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Fairwood Fast
Food Ltd., the Grand Award winner of Customer Service category has
received a trophy from The Honourable John Tsang Chun-wah, the
Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, in recognition of its excellence in
service performance. Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited and
Richform Holdings Limited won the Customer Service Awards, while
Kai Shing Management Services Limited - apm Customer Care Center
was awarded the Certificate of Merit. Mr. Henry Yip, Vice-Chairman
and Ms. Ruth Yu, Executive Director of the Association were glad to
present awards to these winners.
