近期零售業表現暢旺,消費信心及旅遊業的增
長亦為零售業前景帶來利好因素。市場競爭激
烈,各零售企業均希望招攬人才,拓展業務及
提升競爭力,但卻面對人手短缺、人才流失的
挑戰。
有見及此,香港零售管理協會和僱員再培訓
局,於

日合辦了「零售業僱主支
援服務」講座,與參加者共同探討,零售企業
在人力資源層面上的挑戰和解決方法。
講座首先由僱員再培訓局業務發展部高級經理
鄧正威先生,分析零售業在人才培訓及發展方
面的趨勢,並簡介其僱主支援服務,如何有效
協助企業解決招聘、培訓及發展人才的需要。
本協會當日亦邀請了牛奶公司集團高級招聘經
理余艷芬小姐,分析高成本營商環境下招聘及
挽留人才的情況,並分享其人才招聘及管理的
實戰經驗和致勝策略。
The growths of consumer conf idence and tour ism have brought
favourable factors to the retail prospects. Companies definitely want
to recruit talents, expand business and enhance competitiveness in this
booming retail market. Yet, talent shortage and staff turnover are the
challenges facing them.
On 25 May 2011, the Association co-organized with the Employees
Retraining Board (ERB) a briefing titled “Integrated Employer Services for
Retailers” to shed light on the human resources challenges and solutions
adopted by retail companies.
Mr. Colin Deng, Senior Manager (Business Development) of ERB, shared
with the audience trends of training and development in retail industry.
He also explained how the integrated employer services of ERB can
effectively help companies meet the needs of talent recruitment, training
and development. Ms. Carman Yu, Senior Recruitment Manager, the
Dairy Farm Company Ltd, was also invited to share in the briefing. She
talked about the challenges of recruitment and talent retention under
a business environment of high operating cost. She also shared her
practical experience and winning strategies in talent recruitment and
management.
