This column is to inform members and readers about the various
legislative and industry issues that the Association has reflected its
views to the Government or relevant entities.
本欄目是為會員及讀者報導本協會就最近與零售
業息息相關的議題,向政府或有關團體所發表過
的意見。
Association’s Views
Please find below a list of issues which the Association has contributed position
papers and comments in the last quarter. Details can be found in the HKRMA

Letter to the Secretary for Labour and Welfare to request for clear guidelines
that wages should not be paid for hours not worked under the Minimum Wage
Ordinance.
Letter to the Census and Statistics Department to provide information about
work hours and other employment practices in retail industry upon request from
the Department.
Letter to the Secretary for Labour and Welfare to express concern about the
Administration’s decision to subsidize its outsourced workers’ rest day payments.
Letter to the Secretary for Labour and Welfare to reflect views on Standard
Working Hours.
Submission to the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau to give
comment s on the consul tat ion paper on the “Review of Operat ion and
Regulatory Framework of Tourism Sector in Hong Kong”.

就規管標準工時的建議,去信勞工及福利
局局長表達意見。
就香港旅遊業的運作和規管架構的檢討方
案,提交業界意見予商務及經濟發展局。
