由香港零售管理協會主辦的第三屆零售研討會已於

日成功舉行。本年度的主題是「卓越零售.持續成
就」,研討會集中討論有關企業社會責任以及零售發展策
略等熱門議題。八位零售業界的頂尖管理精英,與來自零
售業及其他行業的與會者分享了他們的管理理念及真知灼
見。為期一天的研討會分為兩個環節進行,分別就「企業
社會責任:和諧共融致成功」及「領先一步.掌握顧客之
道」的題目作出深入的探討。
在第一個環節中,四位講者分享企業社會責任如何有效成
就企業的發展,以及對社會作出貢獻;在第二個環節,另
外四位講者解構日趨複雜的顧客消費模式,並提供了實用
的貼士及技巧,幫助企業在日新月異的市場環境下,滿足
顧客的需要和期望。大會更於演講後安排了討論環節,為
嘉賓講者和與會者提供了直接交流的平台。
The Association’s Retail Conference, held on 12 May 2011, has
entered its third successful year. This year’s theme is “Success
& Sus tainabi l i t y”, focus ing on hot issues of corporate social
responsibility (CSR) and retail business strategies. A total of eight
top-notched executives of the retail sector shared their ideas and
insights with participants from retail and other industries in this one-
day conference which was divided into two sessions – “Corporate
Social Responsibility: A Drive to Success”, and “Meeting the Ever-
changing & Challenging Demands of Consumers Today”.
In the first session, four speakers shared with the audience how
CSR practices can contribute to business success and serve the
community. In the second session, another four speakers talked
about decoding behav ior s of the increas ingl y sophi s t i cated
consume r s and uncove r ing the t ips and t r i ck s of me e t ing
their demands and expectations in this fast moving consumer
environment. Both sessions were followed by a panel discussion in
which the speakers interacted directly with the audience.
