一個鼓勵企業向持份者、員工、社區及環境履行社會
責任的一種企業文化、一種正面態度,及一個企業行
為的標準。資生堂一直追求為所有人帶來美麗與健康
的人生,並不斷為弱勢社群開發研究合適他們使用的
產品,如為視障人士增加其觸覺而加設凸字條碼的洗
髮瓶。
Ms. Esther Kwong pointed out that CSR is not a PR campaign
but the corporate culture that encourages corporations to act
responsibly to stakeholders, staff, community and environment.
With a mission of bringing beauty and well-being to society,
Shiseido has developed products for the under-privileged and
shampoo bottles with Braille for the visually impaired.

In implementing CSR practices, EGL Tours Company Ltd takes
care of the needs of customers, staff and society, according
to Mr. Steve Huen Kwok Chuen. The company regards staff
as an important asset and therefore maintains a harmonious
relationship with employees by providing them a pleasant
working environment and investing in staff training to enhance
their morale even during economic crisis.

黎祐君女士表示,企業社會責任十分配合宜家家居為
大眾提升生活質素的願景。從挑選原材料至生產過程
等的運作步驟,公司均注入了維護生態環境、善用地
球資源和關心社會的元素。宜家家居更特別鼓勵員工
積極參與有關環境保育和關注兒童成長發展的活動,
這些活動不但為社會出一分力,更加強了員工對公司
的歸屬感。
Ms. Janet Lai said that CSR in IKEA matches their corporate
vision of creating a better everyday life for people. Caring for
the environment, the earth’s resources and society, the company
incorporates sustainability into every part of their business – from
raw materials selection to how products are made. The company
also encourages staff to be involved in campaigns to improve the
environment and lives of children. Such activities can contribute
to society as well as strengthen the sense of belonging of staff to
the company.
新鴻基地產代理有限公司亦講解他們如何將企業社會
責任融入其公司文化。何力天先生表示,公司希望員
工有良好的身心發展,不斷鼓勵員工積極參與義工服
務,愛惜生命、家庭及社區環境,當中的活動包括發
展馬灣公園挪亞方舟,以及在公司旗下商場及屋苑宣
揚關愛社區之正面信息。
Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Ltd also demonstrates how
CSR can be integrated in a company’s corporate culture. Mr. Ho
Lick Tin said that the company promotes employees’ well-being
by encouraging them to involve in volunteer services, advocates
love for life, family and the earth by developing Ma Wan Park
Noah’s Ark, and encourages care in the community by promoting
positive messages in its shopping malls and residential estates.

各講者嘉賓分享過後,便由陳志輝教授主持討論環
節,與會人士紛紛就議題提出問題並分享個人意見。
陳教授最後作出總結,認為要成功實踐企業社會責
任,企業必需將意念付諸行動,在事前應有充足準
備,並先推行較小規模的計劃,循步漸進,邁向更宏
大的目標。
Following the sharing of the speakers, Professor Andrew Chan
hosted the panel discussion session in which lots of audience
raised questions and shared their opinions. Professor Chan
concluded that for corporations to implement CSR practices with
success, they need to walk the talk, have good preparation, and
implement on a small scale first.
