Aiming to help frontline staff in the retailing sector to do their job efficiently without violating the Ordinance, the PCPD with the valuable advice of the working group, developed an online assessment tool to explain the stipulations set out in the Ordinance, together with some useful tips, using the common scenarios involving personal data processing by retailers.
