工作回顧
Thanks to the SME Development Fund administered
by the Trade and Industry Department since 2010, the
Association has made substantial progress in helping
the development of SME retailers and sharpening their
competitiveness via a series of support programmes.
自2010年開始,有賴工業貿易署「中小企
業發展支援基金」的撥款資助,協會得以
藉著一連串支援計劃協助中小企零售商拓
展業務,提高其競爭力,並在這些方面取
得長足的進展。

SME Support Programme
第四期中小企支援計劃
協會成功透過第四期中小企支援計劃,包括
頒發「零售中小企業優質服務獎」、舉辦不
同的講座及工作坊,以及透過報章及短片介
紹得獎公司的成功要訣,以多角度提升中小
企零售商的專業知識和服務水平。此項計劃
於2015年3月圓滿結束,吸引了逾900個中
小企零售商參加此計劃內各種活動。

expertise and service quality from wider aspects through

SME Support Programme, which covered an SME
Service Excellence Award, seminars and workshops, as
well as publicity through newspapers and videos about
awardees’ keys to success. The Programme was
successfully completed in March 2015, attracting over 900
SME retailers to participate in a wide range of activities.

第五期中小企支援計劃
協協會亦於2015年9月推出第五期中小企支
援計劃,繼續努力不懈提高中小企的競爭
力。此計劃以「善用資源 - 追求卓越服務」
為主題,為期15個月,旨在協助中小企
零售商解決服務時人手短缺及經營成本上
漲的問題。此計劃的活動包括講座、工作
坊、顧問服務、神秘顧客探訪、嘉許計劃
及成功典範分享。
This year also witnessed the Association’s unrelenting
efforts in uplifting SMEs' competitiveness with the
launch of its 5

SME Support Programme in September.
Carrying the theme “Striving Customer Service Excellence
through Smart Resource Re-engineering”, the 15-month
project is aimed to help SME retailers overcome service
challenges in view of the tight manpower situation and
rising operating costs. Programme activities include
seminars, workshops, service clinics, benchmarking
company visits, as well as a recognition scheme and
success case sharing.
