香港零售管理協會的「傑出服務獎」，一向被譽為零 售業界的奧斯卡。 本年度的獎項將於2012年4月25日 舉辦的「零售服務研討會」中揭開序幕。

每年的「零售服務研討會」都是不容錯過的盛事。今 年研討會邀請了多位嘉賓，與大家分享他們的管理哲 學及優質顧客服務經驗。 此外，協會亦邀得多位傑出 服務獎的培訓人員和得獎者分享比賽心得。

Highly regarded as “Oscar” for retail trade, the 2012 Service & Courtesy Award hosted by Hong Kong Retail Management Association is going to unveil at the “Service Forum for Retailers” on 25 April 2012 (Wed).

The Service Forum, a must-attend seminar for all potential participants for the Award, has invited a number of prominent guest speakers to share their management philosophy, experiences in quality service and how companies can unleash the potentials of young talents. Past winners of the Service & Courtesy Award will also share their winning tips.
