As Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA)
publishes its Annual Report, I write to congratulate its Board
members, Executive Committee members, staff members and
members, who have been working diligently in maintaining
the high quality standard of retail industry and make a positive
difference to the customers the industry serves.
Retail industry is a driving force in the economy undergoing
transformational change. With growing expectations from the
public and tourists, it is crucial to ensure the delivery of quality
service. The HKRMA is always at the forefront – assisting,
enhancing and shaping. It has also devoted much attention
to talent development, which is pivotal in bringing the retail
professional community to higher level of excellent.
We at The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong
look forward to our continued partnership with the HKRMA to
promote Hong Kong’s economic development.
