"Family-friendly Practices and Work-life Balance" Seminar
「家庭工作兩平衡.僱主僱員齊得益」講座
社會步伐越來越急速,工作容易帶來壓力,無論員工或
僱主,都要同時兼顧家庭和生活各方面的要求,令人身
心疲憊。員工能保持作息平衡、生活健康,無論對公司
或個人,都有莫大裨益。
為了向業界推廣關愛家庭的文化,香港零售管理協會與
家庭議會於

日合辦了「家庭工作兩平衡
僱主僱員齊得益」講座,以鼓勵會員公司關注員工之生
活,為員工及其家庭提供措施,以表關懷。
本協會很榮幸邀請了家庭議會委員周融先生,分享勞資
雙方共贏的關顧措施,以增加員工以及其家人對公司的
歸屬感。講座亦同時邀請了聖雅各福群會企業培訓中心
培訓經理司徒翠兒小姐,分享如何在工作與家庭生活之
間取得平衡,使員工得以享受健康愉快的生活。
The pace of life is getting faster and faster, and work exerts pressure on
both staff and employers, who have to meet the needs from family and
work. If staff can maintain work-life balance and lead a healthy life, it
benefits both the company and the staff themselves.
To promote family-friendly culture, the Association co-organized with
Family Council the “Family-friendly Practices and Work-life Balance”
seminar on 13 July 2011 to encourage member companies to care for
their staff by providing caring measures to them and their families.
The Association has invited Mr. Chow Yung, Robert, BBS, Member of
Family Council to share with the audience win-win caring measures
for staff and management so as to enhance the sense of belonging of
staff and their families to the company. Ms. Rowena Szeto, Training
Manager of St James’ Settlement Corporate Training Centre, was also
invited to explain how to maintain work-life balance so that staff can
enjoy a healthy living.
