數碼媒體近年發展迅速,很多企業紛紛採用這種廣泛
普及的宣傳渠道,向全球推廣其品牌。數碼媒體讓企
業可以即時向顧客提供商品的最新資訊,藉以吸引顧

零售營銷新世代」研討會。 協
會當日邀請了香港無線科技商會主席方健僑先生蒞
臨,向零售商介紹應用社群媒體的情況,以及其最新
發展。另一位講者是海港城推廣及市場高級經理譚嘉
瑩女士,她向業界分享其公司如何善用不同的網上社
交媒體,與中港兩地的顧客建立一個緊密的溝通網
絡,廣收宣傳之效。

Digital media has been a fast developing trend and enterprises around the
globe adopt this popular channel to promote their brands in recent years.
Digital media allows enterprises to offer customers most latest product
information instantly, which in return facilitates customers’ pursuit of
their favourite brands. How to use digital media effectively to highlight
brand advantages has now become a hot topic in the market.
To help members capitalize on this trend, the Association held a seminar on
“Digital Media – New Generation of Sales and Marketing” at the Hong Kong
Central Library on 28 July 2011. Mr. Ken Fong, Chairman of the Hong Kong
Wireless Technology Industry Association, was invited to introduce to retailers
the applications of social media and its latest development. Another speaker,
Ms. Karen Tam, Senior Manager – Promotions & Marketing of Harbour
City Estates Limited, shared with the industry how companies could utilize
different internet social media to establish an all embracing and spontaneous
promotion and communication network with customers in Mainland China
and Hong Kong.
The event was well-received with over 169 participants. They were active in
raising questions and exchanging views and experiences with the guest speakers.
