2013 Retail Conference – Success & Sustainability

「卓越零售‧持續成就」 2013 零售研討會

Launched in 2009, the Association' s high- level Retai l Conf e r ence w i l l ma r k i t s 5 t h Ann i ve r s a r y i n 2013. Highlighting different aspects of retailers' business success and sustainabi l i t y, the Conference has become a key industry forum bringing entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and decision makers from a wide range of retail sectors in Hong Kong together at one place to exchange views and experience in pursuit of business excellence. The upcoming event will feature a highly-distinguished panel of speakers who will share their insights and management wisdom with fellow retailers in the following two major areas:

Morning Session –

"Brand innovation in the Dynamic World"

Speakers will illustrate how they have adopted innovative branding strategy to appeal to a diversified customer base and respond to the ever-changing lifestyle of consumers. They will also reveal their winning formula and unfold steps they have taken to translate innovative ideas into implementation that take their businesses to a new level.

Afternoon Session –

"Leadership in an Era of Transformation"

Speakers will talk about their visionary leadership and personal story in pursuit of excellence and how they build a successful brand amid seemingly unbeatable obstacles. They will also shed light on inspirational ways to create an engaged and connected workforce that ef fectively anticipate customers' demands.

香港零售管理協會於2009年首辦的「卓越零售‧持續成就」零 售研討會，將於2013年踏入第五個年頭。研討會舉行至今，已 成為零售業界一大重要論壇，匯集企業家和來自不同零售界別 的公司領袖及決策者，就推動零售業務的持續發展，彼此交流 意見和經驗。第五屆零售研討會，邀請得一眾業界翹楚及企業 領袖，向與會者分享他們以下兩個範疇的真知灼見：

上午環節：品牌創新迎幻變

講者將分享他們如何制定獨特的品牌策略，以吸引不同的顧客 群和配合他們不斷改變的生活模式，並會講述他們將創意點子 逐步執行，帶領公司開創新領域的成功要訣。

下午環節：超卓領導新一代

講者將會談及他們追求卓越而奉行的領導方式，以及分享如何 克服種種困難，成功建立品牌的歷程。他們又會剖析如何建立 一支合作無間、以客為先的銷售團隊的心得。
