Seminars on Successful e-Tailing in the MobileAGE
「M」世代零售營銷實戰講座系列
More and more people nowadays are unable to do without a mobile device, and
they get used to navigate across social media sites, search information, pricing out
online and even shopping with mobile handsets. The emergence of smart phones has
significantly changed the general public's habits and consumption pattern.
To assist members in grasping business opportunities, the Association held a seminar
on customer management strategy in MobileAGE on 26 May. Its objective was to
allow members to deepen their understanding about customer's consumption pattern
in this age, while mastering the essential skills to interact effectively with customers on
social media. This would help retailers stand out from their peers and enhance their
brand image.
In view of an enthusiastic response to the seminar, the Association will hold a series of
seminars on successful e-tailing in the MobileAGE.
