Quality E-Shop Recognition Scheme, introduced by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), aims to raise consumers' confidence in Hong Kong's e-shops by giving recognition to quality e-shops. The assessment criteria and mechanism are comprehensive, objective and well justified by HKRMA's independent sub-committee, supported by key e-commerce players of the industry. The e-shop would be recognized as "Q-eShop" only if the e-shops pass the assessment. A recognition logo with a unique number would be also granted to the "Q-eShop".
