2015 Services & Courtesy Award
2015傑出服務獎
Since its introduction in 1986, the Service & Courtesy
Award has become the most acclaimed event in the retail
industry, and has received extensive support from our
members and fellow retailers. The Award is now highly
valued as the Oscars of Hong Kong’s retail industry.
Its objectives are to award frontline retail professionals
and individuals for their outstanding service, to upgrade
the overall customer service, and to increase the
competitiveness of Hong Kong’s retail industry. While
winners have played a model role in promoting quality
service, the Award has helped promote the retail sector
and has brought in new blood to the industry.
Thanks to the industry’s enthusiastic support, the
Association has registered total participation of 623
frontline retail staff from 116 brands.
「傑出服務獎」自1986年創辦自今,現
已成為零售業最備受推崇的盛事,一直
獲協會會員及零售同業踴躍支持。時至
今日,此獎項已獲稱頌為香港零售業界
的奧斯卡。
「傑出服務獎」旨在嘉許表現超卓的零售
業前線專才,改善整體顧客服務,提高香
港零售業的競爭力。藉此獎項,得獎者為
優質服務豎立典範,同時有助推廣零售
業,招募更多生力軍投身行業。
有賴零售業的踴躍支持,協會今年錄得來
自116個品牌共623名前線零售員工參加競
逐此項殊榮。

Anniversary Celebrations
30周年誌慶活動
To mark the 30
th
Anniversary of the Award, a party was held in
March celebrating the industry’s concerted efforts and success in
pursuing service excellence over the past 30 years. It played host to
all past winners and trainers, as well as judges and members of the
Organizing Committee.
A commemorative publication entitled “30 Years of Service &
Courtesy Award: Growth & Succession” was sent to all secondary
schools to let them understand more about the retail industry.
. 為標誌「傑出服務獎」30周年誌慶,協會於3月舉行派對,慶祝零
售業在過去30年來眾志成城,致力追求卓越服務。協會邀請了歷
屆得獎者、培訓導師、評判,以及籌備委員會成員出席。
. 作為協會宣傳活動之一,協會製作了一本名為《成長.接力》的
紀念特刊,並向全港中學派發,讓新一代認識零售業。
