2016 Hong Kong Awards for
Industries: Customer Service
2016
年「香港工商業獎:顧客服務」
Championed by the Hong Kong SAR Government, the
Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) was introduced to
motivate and recognize efforts put in by different industries to
pursue service excellence, and to promote their successful
practices and strategies in enhancing industrial and service
performance. The award is the first of its kind in the territory.
The Association is deeply honoured to have been appointed
by the Government as the leading organizer for the “Customer
Service” category, which is one of the seven categories
covered by the HKAI.
Over the years, the "Customer Service" awards have been one
of the most sought after accolades in the business community,
and received strong support from a host of contestants
representing a multitude of business sectors covering retailing,
banking and finance, banquet and wedding planning, catering,
hospitality, property management, telecommunications, travel
agencies and various service providers.
「香港工商業獎」開創先河,是全港首個推出的
同類型獎勵計劃,在香港政府全力支持下設立,
旨在鼓勵及嘉許有傑出表現及成就的企業,進而
提高業界的服務水平,同時推廣其成功的營商手
法及策略,務求令工商業的服務不斷進步。
「顧客服務」是「香港工商業獎」七個組別獎項
之一。協會非常榮幸獲政府委任,一直擔任「顧
客服務」組別的主辦機構。
多年來,「顧客服務」組別一直獲工商界推崇備
至,深獲來自不同服務行業的公司踴躍支持,參
加角逐此項殊榮。這些服務行業包括零售、銀行
及金融、婚宴服務、餐飲、酒店、物業管理、電
訊服務、旅行社及不同服務供應商。

The 2016 Awards Presentation Ceremony of the HKAI will be held on 13 December
2016 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Awardees representing the
eight winning companies will be given the “Customer Service” awards at the ceremony.
The winners will enjoy wider exposure to the marketplace through an extensive
campaign of media coverage and recognition, including TV commercials and
video showcases, publications, promotion activities via the Government’s and
the Association’s websites, exhibitions and newspaper supplements.
2016年「香港工商業獎」頒獎禮將會於2016年12月13日於
香港會議展覽中心舉行。屆時共有八家得獎公司獲頒發
「顧客服務」獎。
獲獎機構將透過廣泛的媒體報導及獲業界的認
同,提高在市場上的知名度。宣傳媒介包括
電視廣告、短片、刊物、政府及協會網
站的宣傳活動、展覽及報章特刊。
