傑出服務獎
The Service & Courtesy Award has been the most applauded
event in the Hong Kong retail industry since its introduction in
1986. The Association is very pleased to see that the accolade
has been regarded as the highest honor in the industry, and thus
crowned the “Oscars of the Retail Trade” in Hong Kong.
Undeniably, the Award has helped enhance the overall customer
service and boosted the competitiveness of the territory’s
retail industry. Every year, frontline retail professionals offering
outstanding service are clinched with this highly acclaimed
recognition.
The prestige of the Award speaks for itself. Attracted by such
a high standing, a total of 509 participants from 90 brands
contested for the Award this year. The participants were
grouped into 18 categories to compete for accolades in the
Junior Frontline Level, 13 categories for Supervisory Level, and
“Earn & Learn Student” Category for student-workers of the
Earn & Learn Pilot Scheme for Retail Industry.
In particular, the “Social Enterprises” category was introduced
this year to promote service excellence among social
enterprises. The Association has also debuted the “Best
Service Outlets” category. Among the participating brands, 31
have nominated their shops to compete for this new recognition.
「傑出服務獎」自1986年創辦自今,一直是香
港零售業最備受推崇的盛事。協會很高興看到
「傑出服務獎」一直獲冠以業界最高殊榮,並
獲譽為「香港零售業界的奧斯卡」。
此項殊榮無疑提高了整體的顧客服務水平,同
時促進了本港零售業的競爭力。每年,此項殊
榮均授予表現卓越的前線零售人員。
「傑出服務獎」備受業界推崇,吸引了來自90
個品牌共509名參賽者角逐本年度的獎項。參
賽者獲分類為18個組別,競逐「基層級別」的
殊榮,以及13個組別,角逐「主管級別」的獎
項。在參賽者當中,「零售業『職』學創前路
先導計劃」的學員亦參加角逐「Earn & Learn
學生組別」的獎項。各界踴躍參加,「傑出服
務獎」 在業界的知名度有目共睹。
為了向社企推廣優質服務,協會年內新增了
「社企組別」。除此之外,協會亦新推出「傑
出服務店舖」獎。在參賽品牌中,有31個品牌
已提名其店舖競逐此項新殊榮。
