周年晚會暨頒獎典禮
協會很榮幸邀請到政務司司長林鄭月娥女士,
GBS, JP, 擔任協會2015周年晚會的主禮嘉賓。
周年晚會是協會一年一度的大型盛事，旨在為協
會全年的教育計劃籌款。
逾1,200位嘉賓及會員蒞臨周年晚會。當晚，協
會向得獎者頒發「2015年最佳服務零售商」及
「2015年傑出服務獎」這兩項備受業界推崇的
殊榮。
Annual Dinner and Retail Awards
Presentation Ceremony
The Association was honoured to have Mrs. Carrie Lam,
GBS, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, as the Guest
of Honour at our 2015 Annual Dinner. The signature event
of the Association was aimed at raising funds for our year-
round education programmes.
More than 1,200 guests and members joined the Annual
Dinner, and winners of the “2015 Service Retailers of the
Year” and the “2015 Service & Courtesy Award” were
presented awards on stage.

AGM and Luncheon
The Association’s AGM luncheon on 14 October, 2016
continued to serve as a key platform for networking
among members, partners and prominent leaders from
the business community. The luncheon was well attended
by over 200 members. Moreover, they were inspired
by a comprehensive overview on the challenges and
opportunities of tourism industry by Miss Cathy Chu,
Commissioner for Tourism.
第33屆周年大會暨午餐交流研討會
協會已於2016年10月14日舉行周年大會暨午餐
交流研討會。這場盛會繼續是讓會員、合作夥伴
及著名商界領袖聚首一堂、互相交流的重要平
台。約200多名會員出席午餐交流研討會。協會
亦很榮幸邀請到旅遊事務專員朱曼鈴女士擔任主
講嘉賓，向我們分享旅遊業的挑戰與機遇，與會
者深受啟發。
