Being our top recognition to retailers with stellar service
performance, the “Service Retailers of the Year” award is given
to those who have attained the highest scores in four MSP
assessment periods during the year.
A total of 22 winning companies were presented with the
awards in December 2016 at our Annual Ball cum Retail Awards
Presentation Ceremony.
「全年最佳服務零售商」是協會嘉許服務超卓
的零售商的最高殊榮，旨在表揚於全年四個評
審期內整體服務水平得分最高的零售商。
協會已於2016年12月舉行的周年晚會暨頒獎典
禮上向22家得獎公司頒發獎項。
