The 2016 Annual Dinner and Retail Awards Presentation Ceremony was
successfully held on 6 December, 2016, at the Grand Hall of Hong Kong
Convention and Exhibition Centre, with over 1,100 guests including
government officials, legislators, industry leaders, executives of trade
associations and professional bodies, and retail frontline staff, gathered to
share their joy and happiness in the past year.
In his welcoming speech, Mr. Thomson Cheng, Chairman of the Association,
thanked guests and fellow retailers for their presence and gave a recap on
HKRMA's major achievements in the past year, highlighting the work on driving
retail technology adoption amongst the global trend of omni-channel retailing.
The Association was honoured to have Mr. John Tsang, the then-Financial
Secretary, as our Guest of Honour. In his speech, Mr. Tsang acknowledged the
tremendous contribution of the retail trade to Hong Kong's economy, and he also
shared the Government's on-going support to the retail industry over the years.
Every year, winners of the two flagship award programmes namely, "Mystery
Shopper Programme – Service Retailers of the Year" and "Service & Courtesy
Award", are invited to receive their honour on stage at the Annual Dinner, as
their hard work was duly recognized and appreciated by the trade.
As the year 2016 is the 20
th
Anniversary of the Mystery Shopper Programme,
we are honoured to have Mr. John Tsang to present trophies to the three
winning companies of "The Most-Award-Winning Brand Award".
With the superb performances by five teams from our member companies,
including Café de Coral Fast Food Ltd., CSL Ltd., Sa Sa Cosmetic Co. Ltd., The
Hongkong Electric Co. Ltd., and TSL Jewellery Co. Ltd., the atmosphere of the
event was lifted to its highest.

日假香港會議展覽中心大禮堂成功舉行。當晚獲超
過
1,100
位嘉賓，包括政府官員、立法會議員、業界
翹楚、商會及專業團體領袖、以及零售業前線員工蒞
臨，盛況空前。
協會主席鄭偉雄先生致歡迎辭時，感謝各位嘉賓及零
售同業的出席和支持，他亦分享協會去年多項成就，
特別是面對全渠道零售的大趨勢下，協會致力協助會
員應用零售科技。
協會十分榮幸能邀請到時任財政司司長曾俊華先生擔
任當晚大會的主禮嘉賓。曾先生致辭時肯定了零售業
對香港經濟發展的重要性，他亦分享政府多年來持續
支持零售業的發展。
每年，協會都會趁周年晚會這個盛會頒發「神秘顧客計
劃
-
最佳服務零售商」以及「傑出服務獎」各獎項。得
獎機構及各位得獎者喜見自己的努力獲得認同，在業界
同儕的一片掌聲和歡呼聲中上台接受嘉許。

年，我們非常榮幸曾俊華先生於周年晚會上頒發獎座
予「

周年特別獎

獎公司。
當晚，五間會員公司分別組隊表演，將現場的氣氛推
到最高點，他們包括大家樂快餐有限公司、香港移動
通訊有限公司、莎莎化妝品有限公司、香港電燈有限
