Highly respected as the Oscars of the retail trade in Hong Kong, the Service &
Courtesy Award has been successful since its inception in 1986, in promoting
quality service, recognizing the outstanding performance of frontline retail
professionals and enhancing Hong Kong's overall customer service standard.
In 2016, the Award attracted 509 retail staff from 90 brands. To encourage
individual outlet with good performance and creative service, as well as to
promote service culture to wider categories, the Association newly introduced the
"Social Enterprises" category and 'Best Service Outlets' Award in 2016. All winners
were awarded at the Association's Annual Dinner held on 6 December, 2016.
