2016 Mystery Shopper Programme Award Presentation
「神秘顧客計劃」2016 頒獎禮
Since its inception in 1996, the Association's Mystery Shopper Programme (MSP)
has been well received in the retail industry, and more than 500 participating
brands have participated in the Programme, covering more than 120,000
mystery shopper assessment visits. The number of retail categories has been
increased from 6 to 20.
Each year, the retailers with excellent service performance will be awarded as the
"Service Retailers of the Year" at the Annual Dinner of the Association. To mark
the 20
th
anniversary of the Programme in 2016, the Association introduced the
special awards including "The Most-Award-Winning Brand", "Outstanding Brand
Award with Most Outlets" and the "The Most-Active-Participating Brand" awards
to encourage participating retailers in their pursuit of service excellence.
