Flagship Programmes
Winners of the 2016 Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) were honoured on
13 December, 2016 at the awards presentation ceremony officiated by the Chief
Executive, Mr. CY Leung, GBM, GBS, JP.
The HKAI is a unique award of this kind championed by the Hong Kong SAR
Government. The HKAI covers seven categories and the Association is proud
to be the leading organizer for the "Customer Service" category since its
establishment in 1997.
The participating companies demonstrated a strong commitment in service delivery,
and strived for their best in uplifting customer experience. Their good efforts and
achievements should be applauded by the industry and the community.
The Association would like to take this opportunity to extend heartfelt thanks to
all members of the judging panels and congratulate the winners of the Customer
Service category on their well deserved awards.

日獲頒發殊榮，並獲行政長官梁振英先生蒞臨主持
頒獎典禮。
香港工商業獎設有七個組別獎項，是獲香港特區政
府鼎力支持的獎勵計劃。本協會很榮幸由「顧客服
務」組別於
1997
成立時，已開始擔任該組別的主辦
機構。
參賽企業充分表現了他們對提升服務水平有著強大
的承擔，並以誠懇和主動的服務態度積極為顧客提
供喜出望外的優質服務。他們的這些努力成果實在
值得業界及社會的認同和鼓勵。
協會感謝各評審委員的支持和貢獻，並對「顧客服
務」組別各得獎企業致以衷心祝賀。
