Anniversary in 2016
2016年邁進20周年
「神秘顧客計劃」於2016年邁進20周年,
協會為此新增兩項大獎,分別為「二十週年
“我愛神秘顧客”參與大獎」及「神秘顧客
最愛品牌大獎」。
協會於2015年8月舉辦的《顧客體驗管理
及服務衡量基準──探討不一樣的客服潛
能》講座中宣佈「神秘顧客計劃」的革
新,以及展開20周年的慶祝活動。於本報
告年內,協會亦刊發全新的宣傳品,包括
全新的「神秘顧客計劃」標誌、新小冊子
及2D動畫短片。
To mark its 20
th
Anniversary in 2016, MSP will introduce
new awards, namely the “20
th
Anniversary Grand Award
– The Most-Active-Participating Brand” and “The Most-
Award-Winning Brand”.
A seminar in August 2015 entitled “Customer Experience
Management and Service Benchmarking – Exploring
Your Magic Service Potential” announced the MSP
revamp, together with a soft launch of the 20
th
anniversary
celebration. This year also saw the launch of a new set
of marketing collaterals including the new MSP logo, new
brochure and a 2D-animated video.
