2015 Hong Kong Awards for
Industries: Customer Service
2015年「香港工商業獎:顧客服務」
The Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) is an award
championed by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Its
objective is to encourage and recognize excellence, as
well as to promote successful practices and strategies in
different aspects of industrial and service performance.
"Customer Service" is one of the seven categories
covered by the HKAI. The Association is proud to have
been serving as the leading organizer for this category
since its establishment.
Over the years, the "Customer Service" category has
made remarkable progress, and expanded the portfolio
of participating enterprises from the service industry
including retailing, banking and finance, catering, property
management, telecommunications, travel agencies and
various service providers.
「香港工商業獎」是獲香港政府全力支
持的一個工商業獎勵計劃,旨在鼓勵和
表揚在工業和服務業有傑出成就的企
業,以及推廣工商業成功的營商手法及
策略。
「顧客服務」是「香港工商業獎」七個組別
獎項之一。協會非常榮幸能自「顧客服務」
組別創辦以來一直是這組別的主辦機構。
多年來,「顧客服務」組別取得長足的進
步,而且越來越多來自不同服務行業的公
司角逐此項殊榮。這些服務行業包括零
售、銀行及金融、餐飲、物業管理、電
訊、旅遊服務,還有不同服務供應商。
