Support Programme for SME Retailers
中小企零售商支援計劃
With the SME Development Fund (SDF) from the
Trade and Industry Department, the Association has
dedicated itself to organizing crucial events to strengthen
connections among SMEs, business partners and
prominent leaders in the retail industry.
Since the Association’s first SME Support Programme
rolled out in 2010, we have arranged diversified activities
including seminars and workshops, study tours, case
studies, in-depth service enhancement projects, one-one-
one business consultations, SME Retail Service Excellence
Awards, a mobile app and case sharing videos.
In total, we have helped over 17,000 retail practitioners
to develop their career and 3,600 SMEs grow their
businesses.
With these achievements and the 4

SME Support
Programme, the Association has enhanced more than
900 SMEs’ retail expertise and service quality through the
following.
SME Service Excellence Award Ceremony
cum Sharing Talk on Enhancing Retailers’
Competitiveness
In February, the Association started the event after
embarking on a tough six-month assessment of the
Mystery Shopper Programme, which had attracted 100
contestants. Seventeen top performers were awarded
at the ceremony. We were honored to have Mr. Kenneth
Mak Ching-yu, the Director-General of the Trade and
Industry Department, and Mr. Henry Yip, Vice-Chairman of
the Association, presenting the awards.
協會透過工業貿易署的「中小企業發展支
援基金」撥款資助，積極舉辦了多項重要
活動，務求加強中小企、商業夥伴與零售
業翹楚之間的聯繫。
自協會於2010年推出首期中小企零售商
支援計劃以來，協會舉辦了一系列多元化
的活動，包括講座、工作坊、考察團、個
案研究、內容深入的改善服務項目、一對
一的業務諮詢、「零售中小企優質服務
獎」、手機程式及個案分享短片等。
協會一共協助超過17,000名零售從業員發
展事業，同時支援逾3,600間中小企零售商
拓展業務。
藉著第四期的中小企零售商支援計劃，協
會透過舉辦以下活動，為逾900間中小企
零售商提高專業的零售知識及服務質量。
「零售中小企優質服務獎」
頒獎禮暨智勝分享會
協會展開連續六個月嚴謹的「神秘顧客計
劃」評審後，於2月舉辦「零售中小企優
質服務獎」頒獎典禮暨智勝分享會。共有
100間零售商參加，當中17間表現卓越的
企業於頒獎禮上獲頒殊榮。協會很榮幸邀
請到工業貿易署署長麥靖宇先生及協會副
主席葉焯德先生頒發殊榮。
