SME Retail Talks
To help SME retailers understand the updated Trade
Descriptions Ordinance, the Association invited
representatives of the Hong Kong Customs and Excise
Department to brief the retailers in November 2014 on
various compliance issues.
Another briefing on the Competition Ordinance was held
in December 2014 to update SME retailers about the
protection of and opportunities arising from the Ordinance.

中小企零售講座
為使中小企零售商更深入地瞭解《商品說
明（不良營商手法）（修訂）條例》，協
會於2014年11月舉辦講座，並邀請了香港
海關代表講解條例內容，避免中小企零售
商在不知情下誤觸法例。
協會於2014年12月舉辦關於《競爭條例》
的簡佈會，使中小企零售商能夠清楚認識
條例的內容、保障及機遇。
