Study Tours for SME Retailers
To help SME retailers tackle the labour shortage and
enhance productivity using advanced technologies, we
organized a visit to the Hong Kong Internet of Things
Centre of Excellence in November 2014.
Another visit to Tse Sui Luen Jewellery’s flagship store was
arranged in March. The activity helped SME retailers get
a better understanding about store operations, product
displays and customer relationship management.

展覽中心。
協會亦於3月安排中小企零售商參觀謝瑞
麟旗艦店。此活動有助中小企零售商更
深入瞭解店舖運作、產品展示及顧客關
係管理。
