Quality E-Shop
Recognition Scheme
優質網店認證計劃
This year, the Association has launched a Quality E-Shop
Recognition Scheme, which provides a comprehensive and
objective assessment for e-shops in Hong Kong. The Scheme
aims to develop industry-wide standards and best practices for
online retailing, and to raise consumers' confidence in Hong Kong
online shops by recognizing those with excellent service and quality
operation.
E-shops will be assessed on three perspectives including Customer
Experience, Operator's Trust & Development, and Contract
Fulfillment. E-shops who have passed the assessment of the
Scheme will be granted a recognition logo and a certificate, and is
entitled to display the logo on their promotional materials.
Out of all recognized quality e-shops, 12 of them were awarded as
“Top 10 Quality E-Shop Award” according to their score ranking,
including 1 Gold, 2 Silver, and 2 Bronze.
協會於今年推出「優質網店認證計劃」，
旨在為業界提供網上零售的最佳作業模式
及標準，向表現卓越的香港網店頒授認
證，加強消費者於香港網店購物的信心。
計劃主要透過網店的購物體驗、信譽、履
行交易三大範疇，對網店服務、系統及安
全性作出評審。通過評審的網店將獲發優
網店認證標誌及證書，以供網店作宣傳
用。
在眾多獲認證的網店，其中12間最高分數
的網店獲頒發「十大優質網店大獎」，包
括1間金獎、2間銀獎及2間銅獎。
