中小企零售商支援計劃
SME Sharing Conference and Recognition
Presentation Ceremony
The SME retailers with outstanding performance in the
MSP assessments were awarded at this ceremony.
To promulgate the importance of service excellence
to SME retailers, the success stories of the winning
companies had been promoted through newspaper
supplements and video sharing on the Association’s
SME website.
The SME Sharing Conference and Recognition
Presentation Ceremony was held on 8 December, 2016.
SME Guide Book 3 – Customer Journey Mapping
A SME guidebook on “Retail Strategy 3.0 – Customer
Journey Mapping” was published under the 5th
project. It covered practical advice on customer service
enhancement and interviews with 7 SMEs with excellent
service performance and was distributed to SMEs taking
part in the project and similar events of the Association.
Launch of the 6th SME Support
Programme (September 2017 –
December 2018)
This year, our 6th SME Support Programme was
launched in September 2017, taking the theme of
“Succeeding in the New Retail Normal by Seizing
E-tailing Opportunities”. A series of activities and
training dedicated to enhance SME retailers’ skills and
knowledge in the e-tailing business with focus on digital
customer journey mapping would be introduced. The
project aims to benefit around 1,000 SME retailers and
4,000 practitioners.
「善用資源 追求卓越服務」零售中小企分享會暨
嘉許典禮
協會於2016年12月8日成功舉辦「善用資源 追求卓越
服務」零售中小企分享會暨嘉許典禮,旨在進一步協
助中小企展現其獨特優勢外,也透過嘉許表現卓越的
中小企零售商,鼓勵它們繼續精益求精,為顧客提供
盡善盡美的服務。
協會於嘉許典禮上表揚了在神秘顧客評審中表現優秀的
中小企零售商。為了向中小企零售商推廣優質服務的重
要性,協會已將獲獎公司的成功故事內容及短片分別刊
登於報刊及中小企計劃網頁內,與同業共勉。
《零售攻略 3
創造獨特顧客體驗指南》
在第五期計劃期間,協會出版了《零售攻略3
創造獨
特顧客體驗指南》,內容豐富,包括教授中小企提高
顧客服務的錦囊妙法,以及七家獲得嘉許的中小企專
訪。所有參與上述計劃及協會活動的中小企均獲贈這
份指南。
第六期中小企支援計劃全面啟動
(2017年9月至2018年12月)
第六期中小企支援計劃於2017年9月全面推出,主題為
「捕捉網上新機遇 迎接零售新常態」。協會將推出一
連串活動及培訓,教授中小企零售商掌握電子商務發
展的技術及知識,指導它們如何為顧客創造獨特的數
碼化購物體驗,希望讓1,000間中小企零售商及4,000
名零售從業員受惠。
