協會慶幸獲得工業貿易署撥款資助，於2010年啟動
第一期中小企支援計劃，使得以持續加強中小企、商
業夥伴與零售業翹楚之間的連繫，提高它們的競爭優
勢。
協會多年來舉辦一系列精彩多元化的活動，除了講
座、工作坊、考察團及個案分享外，也推出多項專為
提高中小企服務質素的計劃，內容深入詳盡。此外，
協會亦為中小企零售商提供一對一的諮詢服務，推出
手機應用程式，以短片分享成功個案，以及頒發「零
售中小企優質服務獎」。
協會共協助了超過18,000名零售從業員在零售業界一
展所長，同時支援逾4,000間中小企零售商拓展零售業
務。
第五期中小企支援計劃圓滿結束
第五期中小企支援計劃已於2016年12月順利完成。是
次計劃的重點是協助中小企零售商簡化服務流程，為
顧客提供獨特及完善的購物體驗，讓顧客持續享有細
緻周到的服務。
透過舉辦講座、工作坊、神秘顧客評審、公司考察以
及出版中小企零售商指南，計劃惠及共400家中小企零
售商及1,000名零售從業員。參加者對各項活動的滿意
度均高達97%。
With the funding from the Trade and Industry
Department (TID), the Association rolled out the first
SME Support Programme in 2010, aiming to strengthen
connections among SMEs, business partners
and prominent leaders, as well as to sharpen their
competitiveness.
Over the years, we had organized diversified activities
including seminars and workshops, study tours, case
studies, in-depth service enhancement projects, one-
on-one business consultations, SME Retail Service
Excellence Awards, a mobile app and case sharing
videos.
In total, we had helped over 18,000 retail practitioners
to develop their career and 4,000 SMEs grow their
businesses.
Successful Completion of the 5th SME
Support Programme
The 5th SME Support Programme was successfully
completed in December 2016. The focus of the project
was to assist SME retailers to streamline their service
processes so that they can deliver a unique, consistent
and sustainable customer experience.
With seminars and workshops, mystery shopper
assessments, benchmarking company visits and a SME
guidebook, this Programme benefitted a total of 400
SME retailers and 1,000 retail practitioners with a high
satisfaction rate at 97%.
