I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to the Hong
Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) on its 33
rd
anniversary.
Hong Kong is an internationally renowned shopping paradise,
and much of it is attributed to our retail industry. Not only does
our retail industry excels in terms of the types of goods it offers,
it also stands out in terms of the quality of service and reliability.
For over three decades, the HKRMA has been playing a pivotal
role in raising the status and professionalism of the retail sector
and helping our retail industry stay ahead of challenges. It also
serves as an important link between the retail sector and the
Government. We are grateful to the HKRMA for its long-term
contribution in promoting excellence in the retail industry.
I wish the HKRMA and the retail sector another successful year.
