Association organized a workshop on 28 April, 2015, teach
different ways to motivate “strong personality” staff, so as to instill
a service culture in the store. The workshop was well-attended by
37 participants.

If your customers and co-workers find you a humorous person, it
would be much easier to build up the rapport. On 22 May, 2015,
the Association invited Mr. Vivek Mahbubani, a Hong Kong stand-
up comedian, to share the meaning of humor, and how to apply
the skills in daily life and the communications with customers.
