Highlights of 2015 Annual Ball and
Retail Awards Presentation Ceremony
協會周年晚會暨頒獎典禮 2015
The Association's Annual Ball and Retail Awards Presentation Ceremony was
successfully held on 8 December, 2015, at the Grand Hall of Hong Kong
Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year, we were honoured to have Mrs.
Carrie Lam, GBS, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, as the Guest of Honour
and to present awards to the winning companies of the "2015 Service Retailers of
the Year" under the Mystery Shopper Programme.
More than 1,200 guests and members joined the Annual Ball, and winners of
the "2015 Service & Courtesy Award" were also invited to receive their awards on
stage.
This year, we also invited member companies to form teams to participate in the
"Voice of Retail" singing contest. Five teams that entered the final were invited to
perform on stage to the delight of the audience.

當晚濟濟一堂，超過
1,200
位嘉賓及同業出席。藉
此周年晚會，協會亦頒發了「
2015
年傑出服務獎」
各獎項，讓大家一同見證得獎者的喜悅。
今年協會更招募業界精英參加「零售好聲音」歌唱
比賽。經過初選，晉身最後五強的參賽隊伍施展渾
身解數，贏盡在場嘉賓及同業的歡呼和喝采，令全
場氣氛高漲。
