The Award Presentation Ceremony for the 2015 Hong
Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) was successfully
held on 14 December, 2015. A total of six companies
were presented with "Customer Service" awards at the
ceremony, which was officiated by the Financial Secretary,
Mr. John C Tsang, GBM, JP.
The HKAI is an award championed by the Hong Kong
SAR Government. "Customer Service" is one of the seven
categories of HKAI and is organized by the Hong Kong
Retail Management Association. The Award endorses
the importance of excellent service while continually
enhancing the overall customer service performance in
Hong Kong.
The winning companies benefit from extensive media
coverage and recognition, including TV commercials
and video showcases, publications, promotion via the
Government's and the Association's websites, exhibitions
and newspaper supplements. The Association would like to
take this opportunity to thank all judging panel members
for their support, and to extend sincere congratulations to
all winners of the "Customer Service" category.

蒞臨主持頒獎典禮。當晚共有六家機構獲頒發
「顧客服務」獎。
香港工商業獎是獲香港特區政府鼎力支持的獎勵計劃,當中設有七個
組別獎項,而香港零售管理協會自
1997
年成立時,已開始擔任「顧客
服務」組別的主辦機構。
透過表揚卓越的機構,獎項有助推廣優質服務的重要性,使能持續提
升本港整體的顧客服務水平。
得獎機構將獲得廣泛宣傳和各界的認同,包括電視及短片推廣、刊
物、政府及協會網站、展覽及報章特刊。協會藉此感謝各評審委員的
支持和貢獻,並對「顧客服務」組別各得獎企業致以衷心祝賀。
