The Association cordially invites you to mark your diary for the 2016 Retail
Conference, which has come to its eighth year as an inspiring event for
entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and decision makers from different retail
sectors. Details of the Conference are set out as below:
Morning Session (10:00am - 12:30pm)
Driving Growth in the World of Omni-Channel Retailing
Melting the advantages of brick-and-mortar stores with the convenience and
information-rich experience of online shopping, omni-channel retailing is a
revolutionized-selling approach that brings undeniable importance for retailers
to explore all-rounded shopping channels for optimizing business opportunity.
In this session, speakers from well-known research company, major players of
omnipresent social media and remarkable retailers will shed lights on the mega
trend of omni-channel retailing and the benefits to their business, giving a new
perspective in this changing retail landscape.
Afternoon Session (2:30pm-5:00pm)
Retail Rejuvenation: Great Leap Forward Despite Downturns
Hong Kong's retail industry is entering into a new era in the face of uncertain
economic outlook. An industry leader must be visionary, decisive and
innovative, as well as responsive to changes in the latest unpredictable business
climate. In this session, business elites and founders are invited to share their
personal story to rejuvenate themselves in their career life, and extend the
same rationale to adopt innovative strategies to brand management in times
of adversity.

結合實體店及網上購物兩者的優勢，全渠道零售是一
項革命性的銷售模式，為零售商帶來不容置疑的重要
性，以全面開拓購物渠道及生意機遇。
在上午環節，講者分別來自世界知名的市場調查公
司、社交媒體及出色的網上購物平台零售商，探討全
渠道零售的大趨勢，對零售商的存在價值，以及如何
在變化的零售市道中帶來新思維。
下午環節 (下午2:30至下午5:00)
無懼逆境的零售生命力
香港零售業正面臨經濟前景多變的時代。作為行業領
袖，必須高瞻遠矚、當機立斷、勇於創新；並及時應
對變幻莫測的營商環境。在下午環節，協會邀請多位
獨當一面的商界領袖及創業者分享他們如何保持歷久
常新的心態，並將此理念融匯於品牌管理策略，以抗
營商逆境。
