Hong Kong is renowned internationally for being a
major tourist attraction and the shoppers’ paradise
which offers a wide variety of quality products from all
parts of the world. Our retail industry is not only an
important driver of Hong Kong’s economy, but also
a key provider of employment opportunities. We are
strong in catering for the diverse needs of both local
and overseas consumers alike.
As a key retail association in Hong Kong, the Hong
Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) has
witnessed the rapid development of our retail sector
in the past three decades. Established since 1983,
HKRMA has been active in representing the views
of the retail sector. It has also been committed to
enhancing the status and professionalism of the retail
industry through awards, education and training.
I would like to extend my warmest congratulations
to HKRMA on its 32

anniversary and wish the
Association every success in its pursuit of promoting
