The Successful e-Tailing in the MobileAGE Seminars were held on 28 September and 26 October 2016, providing
insights into how to grow the customer database to boost sales and attract customers with exceptional e-shopping
experience.
Mr. Matthew Kwan, Principal Consultant of Adams Company Limited, shared tips on obtaining target customers’
information through online surveys and improving visibility using eDM. He also analysed the successful strategy to
design impressive online shopping experience to attract returning customers.

Managers and senior executives often have to handle various management challenges, like the frontline staff’s
disobedience of instructions or indifference to the sales targets.
As such, several certified consultants of the Behavioral Analyst Institute were invited to analyse the behaviors of
employees from a psychological perspective on 9 November 2016. They shared the skills of elevating a team’s
mental quality so as to change their negative mindset. Through case analysis and role-plays, the workshop guided
the participants to practise various approaches and skills to motivate the whole team to accomplish the company’s
goal together.
