Retailers Benefit from Online-offline Integration
When Expanding into Online Territory

In an era marked by advances in information technology and proliferation of smartphones, it is now a
major trend that business promotion and sales are conducted through e-commerce channels, combined
with online-to-offline (O2O) marketing. Nonetheless, it is a complex yet important process to integrate
seamlessly digital commerce with traditional retail outlets, and to build a sound business ecosystem.
Teaming up with several international e-commerce giants, Hong Kong Retail Management Association
has offered its members a wide spectrum of opportunities to get familiar themselves with every
aspect of digital commerce ecosystem, such as online marketing platforms, electronic payment service,
logistics, as well as online and offline data integration and analysis. The Association aims to help
member companies to provide their customers with a unique and enjoyable shopping experience by
expanding omni-channel sales.

捷及開心的購物體驗。
