Flagship Programmes
This year, winners of the 2016 Service & Courtesy Award joined the study tour to Tokyo
from 13 to 17 March, 2017. With the support from the Japan Retailers Association, the
delegation visited 7 locations and attended briefings held by the senior management
and training experts coming from different retail sectors, covering convenience
stores, department stores, disposable food container producers, shopping malls and
supermarkets.
