The Association’s Service & Courtesy Award marked its
30
th
Anniversary with rounds of activities highlighting the
professionalism of the industry.
In March 2015, a celebrating party carrying the theme
“30 Years of Concerted Efforts: A New Era of Service
Excellence”
was held to befriend all past winners, judges
and friends. To mark this memorable anniversary, a
commemorative publication “30 Years of Service &
Courtesy Award: Growth & Succession” was released,
together with other initiatives including a new anniversary
logo, congratulatory newspaper supplement, and a
tailored video footage.
Promotion of the award was stepped up on both print
and social media, and new awards including the “Earn &
Learn Student Award” and “Potential Brand Award” were
introduced to this year’s competition, which registered
total participation of 623 frontline retail staff from 116 retail
brands covering 22 retail categories.

三十載 服務傳承新世代」
為主題的慶祝
派對,邀請了歷屆得獎者、評判及同業出
席。協會更特別製作一本名為《成長 •
接力》的紀念特刊,並印製全新的周年誌
慶會徽、報章特刊及紀念短片等,以誌協
會30周年。
協會不但繼續在報章及社交媒體上加強宣
傳「傑出服務獎」,而且於本報告年內新
增「Earn & Learn 學生獎」及「最具潛質
品牌獎」兩項殊榮。來自116個零售品牌
共623名前線零售從業員,涵蓋了22個零
售組別,參與競逐各個獎項。
