Mystery Shopper Programme (MSP)
神秘顧客計劃
Thanks to valuable contributions made by our Sub-
Committee members, the year 2015 was such a fruitful
year that a total of 35 seminars and workshops were
organized, with a remarkable attendance of over 2,000
participants. They covered a wide range of topics
pertaining to the latest interest of retailers.
有賴委員會成員對協會作出的寶貴貢獻,
2015年是豐盛的一年,協會舉辦了35場講
座及工作坊,內容圍繞著與零售商近期息
息相關的熱門題材,題目多元化,吸引逾
2,000人踴躍參加。
Seminars and Workshops
講座及工作坊
The Association’s Mystery Shopper Programme (MSP) has
undergone a major revamp in 2015, with its assessment
periods increased from three to four times a year, making
the benchmarking more comprehensive and thorough.
The MSP award scheme at both seasonal and annual
levels was also restructured to strengthen recognition
given to winning companies.
Throughout the year, the MSP made a total of 8,649
visits to 4,956 retail outlets, which represented some 180
participating brands.
協會於2015年對「神秘顧客計劃」作出重大
變動,力求精益求精。為了使衡量服務水平
的標準更全面深入,協會由每年度舉辦三期
「神秘顧客計劃」增至每年舉辦四期。「神
秘顧客計劃」的季度及年度獎項亦經重新調
整,使更多得獎企業獲協會嘉許。
年內,協會進行了共8,649次神秘顧客探
訪,探訪了4,956間零售店舖,涵蓋約180
個零售品牌。
