Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Launched in November 2014, the Recognition of Prior
Learning (RPL) allows retail practitioners to obtain formal
recognition of their experiences and skills under the QF.
As a collaborating organization, the Association organized
two seminars in 2015 to introduce RPL to its members,
which registered some 130 participants from over 60
retailers. Nearly 600 practitioners applied for the RPL
since launch.
QF Accreditation for Retail Training
To encourage retailers to develop quality-assured and
professional training for their staff, the Association
dedicated its efforts to the promulgation of QF
accreditation for in-house training programmes at retail
companies throughout the year. We also encouraged
retailers to apply QF’s Specification of Competency
Standards (SCS) in their manpower development and
recruitment.
「過往資歷認可」機制
零售業「過往資歷認可」機制已於2014年
11月推出,讓零售從業員所具備的經驗和
技能在資歷架構下獲得正式確認。協會作
為協作機構,於2015年舉辦了兩場講座,
向會員介紹「過往資歷認可」機制,吸引
來自逾60個零售商約130名參加者出席。
自「過往資歷認可」機制推出至今,約有
600名零售從業員申請參加此項機制。
零售培訓課程的資歷架構認可
為了鼓勵零售商為其員工制訂具質量保證
的專業培訓課程,協會於本報告年內致力
向零售企業推廣將其內部培訓課程提升為
資歷架構認可課程。協會亦鼓勵零售商在
人力發展及招聘方面應用資歷架構的《能
力標準說明》。
