工作回顧
In collaboration with the VTC, the Association has offered
the Professional Diploma in Retail Management (PDRM) and
Professional Certificate in Retail Management (PCRM) since
October 2013. The first batch of 15 students will graduate in
December 2015 upon completion of the final project.
協會與職訓局自2013年10月起合辦「零售
管理專業文憑」及「零售管理專業證書」
課程。首屆共15名學生於完成學術報告後
將於2015年12月畢業。

Our annual Retail Conference entered its seventh year
in 2015. As retailers are facing heightened market
challenges, this year’s conference carried the themes
of “Omni-channel Retailing: A Revolutionized Shopping
Experience” and “In Their Own Words: How Business
Leaders Sail through Ups & Downs”. Eight high profile
and prominent leaders from both local and international
retail companies and businesses were invited to share
with fellow retailers their insights on omni-channel retailing
and strategies for success. The conference registered a
full house of over 800 retailers and guests.
協會每年一度的零售研討會，至2015年
已踏入第七屆。為協助零售商跨越當前
日益嚴峻的市場挑戰，2015年度的零售
研討會特以「全渠道零售──革新購物體
驗」及「領袖雋言：如何通過順境逆境的
考驗」為主題。協會亦邀請到八位本地及
跨國零售企業及商界翹楚，與零售同業分
享他們對全渠道零售的見解及成功要訣。
研討會座無虛席，出席的零售商及嘉賓超
過800人。
