教育及培訓委員會
In 2015, the Education & Training Sub-Committee
continued to enhance professionalism and uplift service
standards in Hong Kong.
2015年,教育及培訓委員會繼續致力提升香港零售業
的專業水平及服務標準。
In partnership with the Vocational Training Council (VTC),
the Association launched the Earn & Learn Pilot Scheme
for the Retail Industry in July 2014, with the first batch of
over 260 student-workers employed by some 49 retail
brands at 16 member companies.
T h e Sc h eme ma d e g o o d p r o g r e s s
throughout the year, and the Association
facilitated smooth communication
between VTC and the participating
employers from time to time. All parties
involved gave high regards to the
Scheme, which has proved to be an
effective platform to recruit new blood
and help relieve manpower pressure in the
retail industry.
協會與職業訓練局(職訓局)合辦的「零
售業『職』學創前路先導計劃」,已於
2014年7月展開。首屆逾260名學員獲16
家會員公司約49個零售品牌聘用。
協會不時加強職訓局與參與公司之間的溝
通合作,使計劃於本報告年內取得良好進
展,既能有效吸納生力軍,
又可紓緩零售業人手
短缺的壓力,故備
受參與者推崇。
